Nominal dimensions in millimetres, taken from ZHN tooling. Baked wafer varies with ambient conditions; production tolerance is confirmed on first samples. Custom formats are developed with our equipment manufacturer.

A format that isn’t on the line is a development project, not a no.

Once a line is running, you get what it makes. Ours isn’t running yet — which means the spec is still open. Cone dimensions. Wall thickness. How much breakage you can live with. Sleeve and case format. Counts per pack.
